It seems that every day new sexual misconduct scandals rock every sector of society. Have our workplaces trivialized, tolerated or even normalized “boys will be boys” behavior? These events provide an invitation for leaders and team members, men and women, to enter the conversation again, and to intentionally stand up and courageously say something if they see troubling or illegal behavior among each other. Clearly, at all levels in the workplace this is easier said than done.

As a leader, do you possess the experience, muscle and gravitas to intervene, lead an investigation and ultimately mitigate what could become a significant threat to your organization? This workshop will provide steps to recognize, classify and intervene in harassment and bullying situations and to prevent the types of “abusive conduct” that a reasonable person would find hostile or offensive.
